Jefrey Stein Children’s Music Garden grand opening celebration was September 5th 2010. Here a a few pictures of the event

On 9/12/2010 the Steins wrote...”The ribbon cutting by Vista Mayor Vance was at 3:30 PM last  Sunday (9/5/10). That opened the Jeffrey Stein Children's Music Garden. Kids ran  in to try all the neat percussion and chime gadgets. The Piano shaped Pebble  Chime was a BIG hit! About 120 invited guests consisting of family, friends,  Garden and Rotary members, plus folks that we knew, enjoyed a beautiful day  in  the sun,  that was filled with lots of  "Love Chain" energy! There  was live music  throughout the event by local young and seasoned talent, arts and crafts for the  children and lots of great tasting food and drink. Naomi  had a delicious  appetizer spread, with sculptured fruit platters for everyone to munch on and  Jeff's favorite  Hefenweisen beer in a keg. Later she served a mouth watering  "Taco Bar" with homemade salsa made from tomatoes from our garden. The children  ran around with each other and enjoyed coming back to play or bang on the Music  Garden instruments. My niece Audrey came down from LA with her son, Max and his  friend Kiki. He played the synth and they both sang some great songs. Jacob  played 4 songs on his guitar and Phoebe sang along with our friend  Marti's grandchildren. At the end several of us joined in a drumming circle and  we all danced around until it was almost dark! It was a great time by all!  Please come to visit  the Music Garden in Alta Vista Gardens when you are  around!  We went there this weekend to cleanup the area and lots of people  are starting to come to see the Music Garden and the relaxing, scenic  Park. Please visit: www.altavistagardens.com for more  info and 'happenings" at AVG. They really could use some caring new members  and generous funds to help make all their plans a reality.”

Lots of hugs,

Naomi & Bill Stein
